“unexpected service error” won’t allow me to add funds. I don’t know why these hotels use these apps when they could just use a tap machine on the washers. These apps are trash. And so is this one.

This app is awful . The machines never show up to be able to select to start your wash …happens so much after you load your money on . So frustrating esp after you have already loaded your clothes and detergent . Something needs to be done about it . Looks like having quarters on hand is the way to go .

In years I lived in a building that uses this app for its machines, not once did I have this app work properly. Every time I need to add time or use more than one washer or dryer, app would get stuck in I infinite loading and needed a restart, occasionally charging me twice for the same action. Next time I see that place is using this app, it will be my sing to leave.

So easy to use and sooooo convenient

But please bring back where we can reload on the card that’s on file. I hate that I have to put in my card info every time I reload

I am dissatisfied with the adding funds feature. It does not save my payment information and every time I have to add funds I must enter the information over and over.

They don’t even have contact numbers for technical support or customer service, don’t answer by email, and if you send a request for a refund they never respond

takes multiple refreshes, closing out the app, deleting and redownloading just to connect to a washer or dryer. None at the complex are being used at the moment so it is not due to it being busy
