Al een paar dagen kan ik geen auto’s meer zien omdat de app ze niet laadt. Alles al geprobeerd, opnieuw installeren werkt ook niet.

There’s some kind of bug that doesn’t let me register because I can’t click on continue after filling in my address
Not working, no customer support cares
App sign up is wonderful, login doesn’t work. You try to open a ticket in customer service, it gives errors, doesn’t actually send it 😂 Phone contact, tried, they don’t believe me, said they would’ve known if it had issues….. but they don’t even have a creation of ticket possible so no wonder people have issues. Tried even LinkedIn, they say they’ll route it to customer service but I hear nothing back. Login is not possible on the app. Reserving a car on the computer is not a good workaround if I need to be on the go…
App is een drama
Probeer maar eens een tweede bestuurder toe te voegen….
Twee weken wachten voordat abonnement in gaat.

Met een grote boog omheen lopen
Ik heb al meerdere afspraken gemist of ben te laat gekomen omdat de auto niet opgeladen was, de app niet werkte of de auto er helemaal niet stond. De app is een gedrocht dat vaak vastloopt, verkeerde informatie geeft of helemaal geen informatie. Het is al jaren een onbetrouwbaar kutsysteem. Iedere keer dat het weer misgaat, loopt de frustratie verder op. Ik ben er klaar mee en ga een auto kopen.
Beware of scam!
Awful monetization, I booked a car for 4 hours, changed my mind and returned it right away. The booking was ended and the car was available for everyone else. They anyway charged me for the whole 4 hours and refused to return me any money. Be careful!
Fijne app maar een grote tekortkoming
De app van Greenwheels is erg prettig in het gebruik. Een heel groot nadeel wat ik vandaag heb ervaren en ik echt super slecht vind is dat er geen herinnering wordt gestuurd als je de “rit” niet beëndigt. Zo had ik vandaag de auto al op tijd teruggebracht en nadat ik de auto ben uitgestapt en de auto vergrendeld had, was ik vanwege een enorme hoosbui vergeten om op de knop “rit beëindigen” te drukken. Daardoor wordt er nu 4 uur extra in rekening gebracht.. waarom geen reminder… erg jammer.
Charged €500 for damage I was not involved with
Horror story. I had been a loyal customer for 2 years. After renting a vehicle, I had a change of plans and returned the car within 15 mins of booking it. I parked the car and ended my booking in the proper manner. Days later I get an email from their damage team saying that I was at fault for a dent in the passenger side door. I was the only one in the car, never opened the passenger side door, and never came into contact with any objects. They have given me zero opportunity to fill out a form proclaiming my innocence. I have no way of defending myself. I will not be using this deceitful company any longer. Beware users, this can happen to you at any moment. You are of no use to them apart from a source of revenue. Goodbye Greenwheels.
