Almost perfect

This is the only journaling method I’ve ever stuck with consistently. The fill-in-the-grid layout with customizable prompts is perfect for me. Just needs some tweaking, like more app integration and desktop access. I’d really like for this to be a cloud platform for users to access through a personal account. I lost all my previous journals and prompts when I accidentally deleted the app.

App is good but customer service not good

I’ve used Grid diary in the past and decided to renew my membership again after so long but I’ve been trying to get started with my account for a few weeks now and I’m not getting any response. At this point I’m stuck. Can’t move forward and no sign of refund either. Disappointed. Not sure if I want to continue actually.

The marketing strategy is poorly performance

The app itself is fine. But the company offer a discount when you subscribe first year, then they still charge you original. This is very bad bahaviour to Lier to consumer. I contacted the customer service, they were not helping at all.

Simple, apparence clean, facilite et démarre l’écriture même quand on manquait de motivation. Les questions ajustables à notre réalité ou sujet qui nous tente d’aborder, c’est génial !

Reflection as a tool for productivity.

The Grid Diary has caused me to reflect on each day; and ultimately has increased my productivity substantially.

Loving it...

As of now, i don’t think there’s anything i could ask more for.... The app is well designed and too much customizable.

Rude

For only 2 days I was busy and didn’t write a review after that in “notifications”it told me that: “writing in your grid diary take 5 minutes why not just drop everything and take a brief pause”. I thought thats very rude to say to someone. Very bad manners!😡

Apps keeps crashing and loosing data

cannot recognizes my account and i keep re-imputing data. New “versions” is highly disappointing

Poor delivery

This app even at Pro level does not have a sign in so cannot sync with other devices. I don’t know why it let me pay to upgrade to Pro when it will no longer be supported come June 2019, and there is no way to turn off subscription auto renewal. I’m unhappy with my purchase and don’t see the value.

Crashes now that the new version is out.

I did enjoy the old version until I can’t even open it now.
