I ordered jumbo bucket for my guests using grillo website. After 2 hours of waiting when i contacted them to trace my order they surprised me by saying there is no order. The order prove i have received from them on my email showing order in kitchen and cooking but never progressed post cooking. All thumbs down!
Worst mobile app ever experienced. It does not let you log in back to your existing account and cannot even let you create new one. Store people do not care about complaints!
Fix this app or better remove it. Never worked and crashes all the time.
Besides the app being horrible. The worst thing when creating an account and when putting thr OPT that iv received on my phone it says “sorry something went wrong “ absolutely horrible app. Changes needs to be done asap
Tried 5 times to load the sides but the app kept kicking me out, frustrating
The app is a mess. It’s slow and clunky. Probably server issues. But I could have tolerated that. The main issue is whenever I try to checkout and choose offers it always says amount is insufficient. I tried making orders as high as 200 aed but it still says that. Also no way to contact support. So why would you use this slow and club key app which is broken and doesn’t let you use any of the offers instead of a regular delivery app? Absolutely no reason. If this gets fixed I will update and change review.

I’ve been ordering from Grillo for years now, it started off great with the food quality and the prices was very reasonable. Not sure what happened after that they put the prices up and the food quality went so low. They depend so much on the taste of the sauces only. Example: Lamb chops comes with lots of fat, broken bones and a barely any amount of meat. But with the taste of the sauce it’s selling good. I’ve wrote to them many times even on Zomato giving them a chance to reconsider the quality of their lamb chops at least but no results seen!
We ordered mild wild chicken it was so yummy and tasty.chicken was tender and juicy.On of the best peri peri chicken
