Grim Tales: The White Lady

Just downloaded the game only to have it showing up with the box outline that makes it impossible to play. I have the latest IPad operating system. Several games are like this and it is very frustrating.

Well so messed up I can’t play it. Shame app support page doesn’t exist anymore. Also I paid for it now wasted 7$

I am experiencing issues like other reviewers where the graphic are all messed up. The initial cut scenes seem fine but the gameplay graphics are awful. I cannot see what’s going on as there are these strange opaque boxes with white lining. I am using an iPad Pro and also tried my iPhone pro with no luck. I hope there is resolution soon!

I brought this game and it is awful. I cannot play it, there are white boxes everywhere. I cannot play, I have wasted money. It feels like it is a scam. I should have read the reviews. Do not buy this game!

Can’t play the game the screen goes all blotchy as soon as it starts please fix the problem I’d love to play. i’ve tried troubleshooting all kinds of ways something with the game level is because I don’t have any issues with any other games

I’ve downloaded this on both iPhone and iPad. It’s just a bunch of boxes. I can’t go forward at all. Tried to download it on my Kindle and it wants access to my PHOTOS, MEDIA, and FILES. WHY?????

Hi, so the game is not working well for my iPhone15. It plays the scene cuts fine, but while playing the game it looks weird. I don’t know if it is because my screen phone is too wide. I don’t know. I really wanted to play this game because it is not on Steam. There are some missing parts of the story of Grim Tales that is not on Steam, and I really to do the ones that I miss so I can understand the story more.

Horrible graphics... all chopped up and couldn't continue

Like an earlier review stated, it’s glitchy. The display seems to be in misplaced boxes, separated. It’s impossible to play the game this way. I hope it gets fixed and I can change my review.

What is up with any of the Grim Tales games not playing on my iPhone 11? So far, none of them have worked. On this game I finally got to play but the game is blocks. Like I have never seen anything like it before. I wanted to replay the entire series. I haven’t been able to play any so far. It’s bad enough that I have to repay for the ones I have already purchased before but now I have to deal with this situation. It bums me out so much. I am so sad right now!
