V good app having cheap price products

Best grocery app everrrr. They never send you bad stuff they keep their prices very reasonable and also they strictly follow their given time slot they’re never later always on time.

The purpose of delivery apps is that you get things on our doorstep (in time of need, unavailability of conveyance, or time ), not that you have to wait for another day for things to be delivered in a specific time slot (and that time slot is also not followed). If its to be delivered the next day then what’s the point of delivery apps helping us out in need. secondly the worst customer service, no one picks the phone or replies timely when your order is late.

Their customer service is honest. They take their work seriously. App is easy to use. The rates are good. Really glad to buy things from you guys every other day

If you’re in faisalabad, please don’t download this app they’re not available in Faisalabad, I tried 5th times just waste of time 😠😠

Update: I am forced to write the review again. First they cap some of the items in their list which is not an ease for at least me. Importantly, when you clearly see the items available until you place the order and amount is deducted you come to know afterwards the items are not included and they keep the money in the app wallet. When you chase for the missing item, first they say the item is out of stock. When you insist for missing items delivery They ask you to reorder the missing items. Customer services people seem illiterate who would not understand you and would provide only the generic replies. The pathetic service so far being provided. Not recommended. They would just waste your time and would not assist. I have been using the App since 2020. Products quality has been outstanding with prompt delivery however, now I am struggling with 1. Items missing in order 2. Items out of stock 3. Poor support services with generic replies and no further actions

Thank you for making our lives 10X easier. Can’t appreciate enough.
