I have been using Grokker since 2020 and I cannot get enough of it! I enjoy it and I am so thankful and grateful for my workplace, Disney World, that introduced me to it. With Grokker, it is a win win deal where you got taken in charge once you subscribed to it; they have ongoing virtual programs to motivate you and keep you going and they have something for everyone. EVERYONE! Either you like Cardio, Yoga, or just Stretching. It could also be that you just want to calm down listening to the music…or cooking…dancing…you name it! You want to go on a walk, all you need is your headset because they have walking meditation; Come again! I missed your question. Anyway, all you have to do is download the app and find answers to your questions. Grokker, is that one platform that give it all to you. Those who said they do not have time, they will not know how much time they have been wasting until they connect to Grokker. Great instructors and wide range of content.

I’ve been a Grokker user since the pandemic, thanks to my workplace making it available, and am still discovering new, top quality classes and programs on the platform today. Super easy to use, with a huge variety of health-related offerings spanning physical and mental health to financial wellbeing and more. All of which I can do from home or when on the road. I particularly like the ability to select classes by the amount of time I have in a day, which keeps me motivated to work out even on days I’m stretched for time. Thank you Grokker!

Grokker is the best! There is a video (plus many) for everything and anything you need!! Great instructors and I’m sure the behind the scenes crews work just as hard! Thanks for the health and mental lift!!

The app does not keep accurate count of exercise minutes. Otherwise it would be sufficient as a way to work towards exercise goals.
