This app was amazing to help me quit a long term habit of smoking, however being autistic I’m very visual & enjoy watching it grow. In the first month I feel it needs to show more growing visuals as the first month is the hardest and it’s so discouraging to only see week two then having to wait another two weeks to see any growth. Otherwise I can’t fault it. It changed my life and was worth the premium subscription.
Helpful tool for a very hard journey.
You can’t even see your withdrawal symptoms getting better which is available on the free version of any other quitting app. Just deleted.
This app really helped me every day to successfully create a healthier relationship and break abusive habits. The daily tips and reflections were a huge help and I looked forward to reading the different information every day. I can’t thank you enough for creating this app, it was my support until I was ready to reach out to friends and family about my addictive behaviours
This app has made a huge difference for me in quitting. I celebrate any app who’s goal is helping people, not gouging them for money. It’s full of helpful information, motivation, and education. I highly recommend this app if you are trying to quit. I’m now over a month clean and have no intention of back sliding. Just make sure it’s not your only resource. Even it says that. I’ve accessed a relapse prevention group, I finally reached out to my friends for help and support, and finally had the strength to throw out all the paraphernalia. Thank you. Truly. Thank you. I don’t leave reviews, but I had to for this one.
So my timer is currently on 15 days but my achievements are still on 1 week. I was enjoying watching my acorn starting to sprout, but have not got my 10 day and 2 week achievements. This is all I’m using the app for so will be deleting if not fixed.
I don’t like to break my streaks and lose my achievements and even if I do I love how it prompts you to keep going and gives you the option to reset your start date. I feel less ashamed for relapses and have gotten much further with this app. The information it provides is really motivating so I’m happy to pay the subscription, it’s been well worth it for the sake of my mental health.
Great app! Could do with more motivation, explain like the quit smoking app what is changing in your body, or something to take your mind off the cravings
So I’m almost 4 days into the free trail, and I am enjoying the app so far. I like it’s layout and how it tells you how much money you’ve saved and that you can track your emotions, setting, and write notes about your day. However I think the “Urges/Intensity” line chart could be greatly improved. There’s no labels on the axis’, so the plotted points of data have no real meaning. There’s no unit of measurement. The key isn’t labeled, either. The pie charts look good though.
