Do you really care about your patients?
27/12/2024 I queued for 30mins while having the groupcare app in my background. When it was my turn, I accepted the call and the app logged me out for inactivity. Following that, I was no longer able to enter my room for consultation and the call has ended. Hence firstly, look into fixing the auto logout in the event of a long waiting time for a consultation. Next, when I was able to enter the consultation room, all that was waiting for me was a blank white screen. And the app keeps popping up with an alert "Room Disconnected". Disclaimer: My wifi / mobile data is working perfectly. In the end, I lost my patience after 1min of white screen with no doctor on the other end of the call. Finally, starting 23/12/2024, (when the app was still barely working), when I was having my consultation, the room also continuously disconnects, and I have to reconnect 5 times while being in a consult with my doctor. This is frustrating, and terrible for anyone that is sick, and equally as tough for the doctor to keep up a conversation with his patients. Please, if you truly care about your patients, look into these issues and fix them.
