Doesn’t work and has no helpline option
The app is nt working I tried signing up via email and Facebook Both cases its showing try again I even tried at different times of the day
App is not refreshing
Hi last few days I am not getting msg and i can't post pictures. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It is working fine with Laptop but not on my phone. Please suggest what I need to do.
Worst app ever! Even customer service couldn’t resolve the issue
Logged out of my account on its own. And now not letting me login. Even customer care cannot fox or. Can’t we use the app on India? And what will happen to my chats and saved data?

When a new message arrives the app doesn’t give me any notification. I have to open the app each time to see any new message is there.
