Great

Loved the older version getting to grips with this new one.

Terrible update

Used this app for years. Fantastic! After the recent update it is horrible. Not easy to use. Mixed all my groups together slow and just generally bad. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

What’s happening

Used this app for years. Loved it. Recently can’t get into it. Freezes screen. Won’t show my groups. Occasionally shows a link asking how I’m finding the app but closes the minute I click asking for help. This morning I tried again. Whole phone froze. Panicked and though I’d been hacked. Couldn’t close phone down. Took ages to spring into life. I immediately deleted the app. Sorry. Won’t be back.

Terrible update, cost me so much money in messages

Your recent update is just terrible. An app that was working perfectly after your update cost me sooo much money. Your app put the wrong code in front of my numbers and they all sent to wrong country, costing me £20 in messages. Plus your new interface is so unprofessional and looks like something really amateur. Your support is non existent, I can’t find where or how to reach help or support.

Tennis Group

App enables me to have several groups for tennis squash and 41 club. I use it every week and it is very efficient.

Terrible update

This new update is now completely useless. Its removed people from groups, is clunky and I can no longer get it to do what I want. Used to find this really useful - no longer.

Recent update

Recent update has re- enabled me to use groups. Use mainly for sports teams I run to keep in touch with groups of parents. Took a while to work out how to add contacts to groups and create new groups with this version, but when sorted the app makes life easy.
