As a parent of a Boston University Men's Lacrosse player, I can't say enough good things about GroupSpot! We use this app to handle everything from setting up tailgates to sharing essential game information and photos. The parents' group loves GroupSpot for its simplicity in managing so many crucial communications. The app even features a roster with photos, which is invaluable during games! Running a group is hard work, and as an admin, it can be overwhelming. GroupSpot makes it so much easier by consolidating all our communications into one place. It's incredibly efficient and helps us stay connected. We absolutely love it!

I have used GroupSpot for many different kinds of groups - sports teams, class parents, play casts… all of the groups are able to fully take advantage of the different features that GroupSpot offers. The app is well organized, and allows for many different capabilities. I love the various notification abilities the app offers! I always up to date!

I have kids in middle school and high school - Groupspot has made it so easy to keep scheduling for sports, musicals, hsa groups all in one place. No need to use other 3rd party apps for signups and volunteering. Love it!

Two groups that I am in needed to find a replacement for Groupworks. Both groups needed a user friendly replacement with an intuitive interface because our members have various levels of computer comfort- from those who don’t enjoy using computers much at all to compu-wizards. I looked at Discord, Slack, and What’s App among others and although I am sure they are all excellent apps I did not think that any of them would have been a good fit for our members. I was SO happy to stumble upon GroupSpot! It was a perfect fit and worthy replacement for GroupWorks. It is actually has some better for us than GW offered! The interface is easy to understand and I am happy to report that none of our members had any problem joining or using GroupSpot! I have had a few questions come up but none that were not easy to answer! To me what really makes GroupSpot shine is their customer service. I never expect much help from customer service these days because it seems to have gone the way of the dinosaurs- it is mostly non-existent! In recent memory I have not experienced the truly unique customer oriented service (replete with super quick responsiveness and hand holding) that GroupSpot offers! What a unique level of comfort and, when needed, hand-holding, can bring to using a new app or program! No pain at all with GroupSpot! I also like that GroupSpot can be used as either a web based program or via their excellent app. I can whole heartedly recommend GroupSpot for easy, full featured, group communication needs- hand holding optional! So glad to have GroupSpot!

I am a student at Syracuse University and a member of our all-male a capella group, The Otto Tunes. Groupspot has been amazing in allowing us to coordinate rehearsal times, poll which members will be available for gigs, and saving important group dates on the integrated calendar. We previously used Facebook as a means of group organization and Groupspot is miles better in every facet. The display is user friendly, allowing anyone who doesn't understand digital apps to operate the interface. The organization makes sense and makes everything truly easy to locate and group together. Highly recommend to any college student organization, big or small.

I am the team parent for both Boston University men’s lacrosse and Cornell men’s lacrosse. I was introduced to Group/Spot by one of the BU parents when I mentioned I was looking for an app would help organize our games and communicating with the team in an easier manner. This app does that plus 100 times more! It not only shows game schedule, it send reminders leading up to the game if you want, can easily communicate with your whole team, groups of parents or individuals. Privacy seems to be their number one priority. You approve members before they can be a part of the group. No person can join without your approval to let them into your group. When you first go into your group on the app, it’s similar to Facebook in the sense that it is a feed with all the information you want everyone to see and follow along with. We post all of our pictures from tailgates, team meals, game pictures… Easy to take it from there and do a slideshow for end of year celebrations. Everything is all in one place - no need to have everything in multiple places. I used to send out weekly emails to both my teams but now I put everything in the app. Again - everything in one spot! I loved it so much that I added two of my other kids, high school sports teams! It’s a winner for sure. Never a need to search for another solution for anything - this literally has it all! Name it, it probably does it.

This app has completely transformed and improved our field hockey group communication overall. It is user friendly and the company is willing to help at a moments notice. From adding photos, to the RSVP format, to the easy way to individually communicating has worked really well for us. First class app and I am hoping to use it for the other field hockey groups I am involved in.

I am one of the members of the Drexel Men’s Lacrosse parent booster club as well as a Senior parent at Avon Old Farms Boarding School. This year we entered the world of GroupSpot. It was a game changer. It is one of the most user friendly apps and a wonderful way to organize such large groups. All communications run through the app and it has been amazing !!!! I would recommend this to all booster clubs and high school lacrosse teams. At the high school level, the coaches use this to communicate to the players as well. It’s truly an amazing platform!! I would recommend this without hesitation.
