I can’t even login my account I’m sure I put the right email and password…I try uninstall and install back but it’s not working

When we do a live action, suddenly banned from apps without any reason n explaination

Doesn’t bother to fix the app issue
It has been days since the Asia Pacific users unable to log in. No explanation and doesn’t bother to address the issue but the social media team still posting content like nothing happen.
Unexpected error occurred on iPhone
As the problem mentioned, I tried many times uninstall and off load and reinstall the app! But I still could not log in! I’m very sure the login ID and password are correct.
