The self-paced work with exercises for increased self-awareness and tools for a strong, positive mindset can be combined with individual, online coaching. This will help you deepen your learnings, take needed action and become more confident in leading yourself on the path of your choice.
The app is free to install. The introduction to the "Own your Journey" program and parts of the first week's content are free.
Within the app, it's possible to purchase more exercises and tools, as well as the full program including individual coaching online with an ICF-certified coach.
