Pffft. Told the app you use precise location; I’m in the USA and at a hotel that uses GrubHub as their rooms service yet it tells me that GrubHub is not available in my country. Go figure! Cant’t get around issue. Delete and downloaded app again - didn’t fix.

Continually sending me emails of orders that somebody else is doing, including the full name, address and phone number. Customer service seems uninterested in resolving the issue despite multiple contact attempts. Unable to do anything else about it as the website and app keep telling me the service is not available in my country.

Used this app whilst traveling across the states - it was fantastic! Reviews were really handy when picking a restaurant in an area we knew nothing about!

Worst customer care ever. Complained about an order and the supervisor I was talking to said they wouldn't do anything for me. My delivery driver wasn't who they said was delivering on the app and my food was overcooked. Been having issues with Grubhub for a while and their customer service has gone down so much. It's not only a safety concern I had but a food issue as well.

I’m trying for the last time. Ordered 3 other times and have only gotten my food once. That was over the course of multiple days.
