As the title says, nowhere does it explain why I claim is denied. You have to phone them or email them, which is a real pain you would think with the modern technology if they deny claim they would explain that to you much like Pacific Blue Cross does…….

Submitting claims are easy on this app

Some options are set to no by default that are not corresponding to the fact of a claim in the plan details of the review before submitting a claim with HSPA. Furthermore, there is no way to correct them. Please consider not showing them if they are not related to HSPA claim. Thanks.

Very user friendly

This app is great once you log in (log in takes you to an external web browser). If login was retained in app, 5 stars all around!

Called them to see why the app wasn’t allowing me to sign in and blamed it on a new IOS update but it’s been months now and still have to sign in every time. Sometimes I can’t access the app to submit claims for days. This is supposed to be seamless but half the time it doesn’t work. Then when this happens one has a tendency to get busy, forget about a claim, misplaces documents and misses out on coverage…

App keeps glitching. Won’t load half the time I use it.

This app is not user friendly. I thought the upgrade would be better but it is worse. Always running around in circles. It used to tell you when you were available for new coverage (when I could order new glasses for example ) but now you have to input arbitrary dates until you figure out the last time you bought them. Also tried to print off my claims but saw no place to print them. Tried to follow the email instructions given me but gave up.

Hello This application is extremely frustrating as I have to re add service providers for the health care spending application numerous times even when I click saved. Unable to communicate with a person due ongoing strike. Such unneeded stress to get a payment that is owed.

Update - April 2024. The app was updated and is now logging in properly. This app used to work fine two years ago. Recently, it has many issues with logging in properly because it is always asking me to create a new password. Green Shield, fire whoever your new developer is and then apologize to and hire back your old developer.
