How to book the ride, without timings slot shown on app

My journey from Ahmedabad Gita Mandir to Koita, Patan. When I searched for buses from Ahmedabad Gita Mandir to Koita, I found there were three buses. I then selected one and proceeded to book a seat. However, while selecting the pickup stop and boarding stop, Koita was not listed as an option even after searching for it. Can you please fix this issue? Thank you.

amount has been deducted from my account. however the ticket was not confirmed...😡

App crash every time

App seems to be developed in old framework and iOS SDK. It isn’t supported by new iPhones. Comes with black bars. Many UI elements like payment button at bottom get cropped off.

Never trust this app. Thay didn’t send confirmation and last moment they cancelled all booking. And depo manger behaviour like owner of bus thay says we don’t no about your booking

Very very bad experience.. no contact of conductor.. no any more information
