It used to be so easy to do mobile deposits but now it takes me 20 attempts for the scanner to accept my check image. The green box is constantly moving, it tells me mcr codes are missing (they’re not), or it will say “no errors” with front or back but when I hit submit, it gives me an image error. I don’t know how this feature keeps getting worse.

I made a $500 payment on September 20th. I’m making a $400 payment today but you’re going to charge me a late fee. It hasn’t even been 30 days since my last payment. I’ve been banking with you for years. This is absolutely absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous and greedy.

Fix the user interfaces and update everything to a modern more

GTE Nick and dimes you. I had an overdraft called them. They remove the overdraft charge. Then they took money out of my savings account gave me a seven dollar overdraft charge.

Dislike the way you all hold a check in my account but the same check i deposited im my husband no hold

All I can say is I cannot wait for my credit card to be paid off with them so I can shut down everything!! Probably the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with . They nickel and dime you . Late fees with no forgiveness. They have no in person tellers . Their employees have no clue what their policies are . I tried to get an ATM card for my Savings account and was told by one employee that I couldn’t . Then I was told by a different employee it could only be ordered online and then by chance I mentioned it in person and was told by the 3rd employee that they can make me a card in the branch . What a runaround ! So beyond annoyed with this company! Save yourself the headaches and do not bank with them !
