Guarding Vision

I continuously run this app on my iPad to monitor my home security. In recent weeks, the app keeps crashing after a period of time and closes. I was hoping after the bug fix of December 5 it would rectify this problem, but it has not. App keeps crashing when continuously left open. Please fix.

This app keeps kicking off and restarting I don’t like the new update

Adding an “activation icon” to the icon list for the “manual” event trigger that is in the event configuration page of the IPC534 camera web GUI. Adding this would provide a Go Solo system Access Control function for opening doors and gates. Please consider.

I would not suggest this company to my enemies. Absolutely no support staff, we’ve been waiting weeks for an email back to reset the link the our account. No one has reached out to us and not even a hint of activity in this “company” I refuse to continue with this company and will write a review every day until I get the help I need. They were super helpful with the installation of the cameras ironically, and now they do not want to help us because they can view our cameras and watch what we’re doing. This company monitors private people and will refuse to help

The recent update broke the playback feature of this App. Please fix it!

This app is literal garbage. The only thing that works is the live view. Want to review footage from a previous time?! “Maximum number of channels reached” every single time!!! It completely freezes and gives error codes. It’s literally useless even WITH the latest update.

Older / other app for rainvision worked much better. This app is slow and crashes. Wish there were other options.

While it has become easier to use, this app does not hold the settings you select. Its default is SD standard definition. It will not retain HD or even a custom setting. It is also difficult to review a recording. It’s difficult to change speeds or advance through a time period. One slightly wrong move & you have to start over.

Hello, who do I get into contact with if a business changed owner ship and has one of your systems in it? We are trying to access them remotely to watch them but can't on your app due to use not being the owners in the system. We bought the store in early April. Please let me know how to fix our access.
