Do better
This is an incredibly helpful resource that has the worst optimization. App crashes multiple times daily and randomly signs you out for no reason. This app could be great. Do better.

This is our new Gubagoo app, helping to keep you connected with your customers on the go.
This version of the app provides an enhanced chat experience, but does not yet have all of the features of the legacy version.
Just like in GLive, you will be notified of chats, you can monitor conversations in real time, and ResQ those chats - from anywhere!
The original version of the app is still available in the app store, and has our full mobile feature set, including Virtual Retailing connectivity, dashboards, and reporting.
Here’s what is currently available in this enhanced app:
- View live chats across all channels (except Text+, coming soon)
- Take over (ResQ) live chats
- Send messages to your customers
- Send whisper messages to Gubagoo chat specialists and your staff
- View and send inventory, offers, and contact cards
- View and send your saved responses
- Send files, such as photos, videos, and PDFs
- Enter and view customer details
- Enter lead information and submit the lead to your CRM
- Push notifications
If you need access to any of the following features on your mobile device, you will still need the legacy app:

- In-app notifications
- Do Not Disturb mode
Virtual Retailing Features:
- View deals
Dashboard and Reporting Features:
- View history
- View dashboard
- View leads
- View saved responses
- View inventory

Lose Leads can’t interact with customers app is terrible
LOGS YOU OUT ALL THE TIME
Super frustrating to use the app when it logs you out all the time. Previous version never had the issue. The purpose of the app is to keep you connected with your Dealer Site and I find myself always having to log back in when trying to claim a chat. It’s super frustrating and unreliable! Wish they could get it sorted!!!!!!! I would love to recommend this app but, it’s super unreliable.
Signing in multiple times per day
Why are you signing me out? I’m missing out on notifications and several leads because the app and the developers think it’s more important to sign me out than to have me stay signed in and keep up to date automatically with notifications.
Garbage
App crashes constantly and doesn’t keep me signed in … I have to sign in like 5 times a day
Doesn’t work
Can’t access chats ever. Sends notifications but when you go to rescue or even view the chat it crashes or loads forever.
Someone needs to troubleshoot this app.
This is the worst online chat service I’ve ever seen. The artificial intelligent lady that greets everyone should only be there for a transition to the sales person. Instead she’s trying to answer questions and confuse a customer and piss them off.Looking back at chats and trying to find the history is inconsistent.
iPad?
Tiny screen and won’t rotate. Completely useless on iPad.
Developers. Read this!!
Here’s an idea! You have thousands of users that utilize this app daily. Why not update this app to fix bugs and crashes. Individuals using this as a business tool will benefit and you will yield higher reviews and more users in the process. It’s only mutually beneficial for everyone. 🤷
Log me out one more time!
Slow and barely convenient. It doesn’t help that i have to re log in basically anytime I need to use it. Which defeats the purpose of actually letting me get/talk to customers. I’ve logged in 3 times just today… fix it. At least add facial recognition for easier access.. like come on.
