Terrible - Lacks almost ALL vital functions
The mobile app is TERRIBLE. You basically have to use your computer to do anything on Guesty since their mobile app is so limiting. You cannot modify minimum nights on the calendar, the multi calendar view is very bad, you cannot add new tasks, cannot add new expenses… I could go on and on. I really hope they improve this, as it is a vital tool to have access to ALL Guesty functions from the app. Property Managers need to be able to do things on the go, we do not always have our laptops in front of us.

Perfect work tool to do your property management easy to use an with a ton of features, you have more tools in the browser but a great app !

It doesnt work! Every time I open it and try to see the multicalendar it closes! I need to download again and again and again

Since I’ve been using Guesty everything has been great , really useful to manage my rentals in differents pages
Scam - stay away
This app is so dysfunctional it feels like a scam. They charged me for all the months I didn’t use after trial. When I launched it it screwed up my properties I lost money on rent. Support is a joke. Not worthy it. Stay away
STEER CLEAR
literally, the worst app I have ever used in my life lol. Just sync your calendars on your own. It’s not that difficult. This app? Guesty. It will try to control your pricing without your knowledge. It will tell you that you have a new reservation when really it is a reservation that you already obtained on your own prior to downloading this horrible app. Again, just do the work on your own there is nothing to be gained by connecting your independent listings with this app that really honestly seems like a scam. Oh, and also you have to pay which I did not have a issue with if it were going to be useful but it’s not. Again steer clear you have been warned.
Known issues with no support
Guesty has been making a lot of welcome improvements to the app recently, but when I encountered an issue that broke all of my automated messaging, their team refused to acknowledge the issue or provide a solution.
Calendar gone bonkers today
Would like to give NO STARS. Calendar gone crazy today. Absolutely bonkers! HOPELESS
No Badges
The app does not have notification badges. So when a guest send a message I have no idea unless a badge shows up on VRBO or Airbnb apps.
App has completely stopped working and we depend on it
