It’s a helpful app when it wants to work but I come to Fort Moore (originally Fort Benning) and it takes forever for the search to come up and the past few times it says “oops something went wrong, sorry for the inconvenience! “ this app needs to have some bug issues fixed ASAP

I downloaded it just for it to constantly load and not even allow me to put anything in. As soon as i open the app it just loads

The app just seems very slow, every time I click, things take a long time to load

My soldier called and told me to download this app because the location had changed for the graduation ceremony. Downloaded the app, and the app had the time wrong. The original time was 9 AM and Guide On had it listed as 10 AM. I showed up 30 minutes early only to find out that I was 30 minutes late and the ceremony was over.

Used to be a great app for Ft. Moore. My crew used it problem free for years to respond to work orders. Now simple navigation doesn’t work. Jam packed with ads and unnecessary information. We are disappointed and looking for alternatives.

I love guide on! It makes going to new army bases not so difficult or stressful. GuideOn makes it so much easier to navigate the base I wish more people would join and appreciate this app

After a recent update to make the user interface more aesthetic I think everything was deleted. I could’ve sworn this app had more bases. Now the developers only have about 7 bases on this app. I just PCS’d from Fort Eisenhower to Fort Liberty(Formerly Fort Bragg) but there is nothing on Fort Bragg. How can you not include the LARGEST Army Installation in the US on your app? The app was fine the way it was before.

The bldg number search feature is amazing, but it isn’t at my new duty station. If needed, I can help map the place)

GuideOn has been incredibly helpful finding locations on Gordon and Stewart…if the developer reads this, please make for more bases. Nice work on the update.
