Good drill
This app does lots of things in a rigid way that works. Kind of. My first wish would be to look at the diagrams horizontally, the same way I see my guitar when playing. The score feature is hurting more than it helps, getting worse over time and the longer you practice the less progress you make. It’s simply the ratio of right and wrong answers, not really a score. Demotivating. The average response time would already be a much better value to show. As it will get better over time. In general that‘s what I‘m missing here: statistics and graphs with tracked progress. This app is a longterm commitment but lacks any motivational tools. The CAGED intervals feature is the reason I got interested. Unfortunately there is no pure positions but only combinations that look different from what I try to memorize. Also I was hoping for a drill per position with random intervals questions not the other way around. With the position constantly changing it takes forever to memorize a complete mindmap for any of the positions. And honestly: it’s not really CAGED when you come up with your own chunks of fretboard... Stability is ok, but I‘m getting a complete screen of Unity code crashing the app at least once a day. I love the general approach. This app is quite unique on IOS.
