Même désabonné ils ont stocké les informations de ma carte bancaire pour me facturer un abonnement que je n’ai jamais demandé. J’ai envoyé 3 mails au support pour me faire rembourser mais aucun retour…Bref des voleurs et malhonnêtes

Application qui ne marche pas
J’ai acheté l’abonnement avec mon compte Apple. Lorsque je me connecte, cela m’indique qu’aucun compte n’existe. J’ai essayé de contacter l’assistance mais aucune réponse à ce jour…
Non aux abonnements
J’ai renoncé dés le début lorsque j’ai vu qu’il s’agissait d’une formule d’abonnement car je considère que c’est une pratique commerciale déplorable pour le client qui ne devient finalement jamais propriétaire du produit qu’il paye !
Problème de Connection et pas de réponse du SAV
Je reprends un abonnement et j’ai encore une fois, malgré mon paiement, mon compte qui reste en version d’essai. Déjà deux semaines que je demande de l’aide via email et chat, aucune réponse !
Compte bloqué
Apres quelque temps d’attente le service client a pu intervenir en ma faveur : le compte fut réactivé et les mois perdus ont été recrédités. SAV sérieux et compréhensif.
Problèmes micro
50 Euro jeté par la fenêtre. J’ai tout essayé mais le micro ne fonctionne pas. Il fonctionne très bien pour accorder’ mais dès que je suis en modalité coach. Rien du tout. Très dessus.
Placer 1er pour une recherche d’accordeur de guitare
Juste pour accorder une guitare je me suis retrouvé avec 10 pub pour ne jamais trouver l’application en question conseil fuite cette application inutile pour simplement accorder une guitare…
Essaie gratuit pas gratuit…
Je télécharge l’application pour la tester et je tente l’essaie gratuit.. Je suis prélevé mais je me dis je vais être remboursé si ça ne me convient pas , bon du coup ça me convient pas et la ! Plus personne :) Pas de réponse impossible de se faire rembourser! Bref des méthodes de lascars À fuir
impossible de se connecter
j'ai un abonnement premium valable encore 6 mois et il m'est impossible de me connecter à l'application, malgré mes demandes de renvoi de mots de passe... je n'ai jamais reçu de lien me permettant de réinitialiser mon mot de passe et de me reconnecter... et ça fait 2 mois que ça dure, je suis vraiment déçu ...
Support inexistant.
Les identifiants web ne fonctionnent pas sur l’appli. Messages au support restés sans réponse depuis 3 semaines maintenant. Très décevant.
