Guitar Tabs X - all tablatures

For basic tab writing this app is good. I’ve seen that for dotted notes you have to use spaces and slurs but, despite buying the premium version, I can see no way of marking first time and second time bars, codas etc. Am I missing something or expecting too much?

I’m very much the type of songwriter who can’t play intricate guitar parts unless I map out every aspect of an idea and practice it relentlessly. This app has helped me so much since I first downloaded it (it must have been years now I forget the year), and my finger style playing and songs has significantly improved over the years thanks to how quickly I can get the ideas down on here. However the app is not perfect and it still has small things that can be improved, like how changing the title makes a double copy when I just want it to make one, being able to copy and paste chunks of tabs (for when copying each note gets tedious) and maybe a few more different guitar tones aside from just clean and distortion, although I really do appreciate the inclusion of a different tone to begin with. Overall, I owe much of my success to this app and it’s amazing team. If you want proof my music is at The Sound of Modesty. I downloaded the app and it worked well and had nice features. The following day I was offered the Pro version which I paid for. Since then I cannot save any tab and it is impossible to contact the developer unless you use Facebook which I don’t. So beware of upgrading.

To the developer, I think this is a great app and I give it 4 stars out of 5. I personally think that the limited number of time signatures is a bit restricting if you want to improvise. I think you should have an adjustable time signature dial so you can give any bar your own time signature instead of just the 9 fixed current signatures. If you do that, I will rate you 5 out of 5 stars. I think about max 20 beats and max is 16th notes eg 6/16.

Like the app. Could be developed further. Can you make it export to xml?

Excellent app, just a shame there's no tunings available below drop D for bass and no 5 string. I play in BEADG, ADGCF, AEAED, GCGCF etc and can't really use this app

Blues, jazz). I also can’t work out how to ask the publisher any question so am hoping my review triggers a response. Basically some form of instruction required.” *** CREDIT TO DEVELOPER for getting back in touch directly and explaining a way around the problem I was experiencing - you have to use the ties to create the extended duration instead being able to use dotted notes . I seem to have a managed to do this handle now. I just need to practice it.***

This is a great little app for tabbing out guitar scores. Pretty intuitive, although could do with a bit of help explaining dotted notes. Could do with a few more guitar effects (i:e slides, types of bends, etc.). That being said, it's quick and easy to use and you can get a reasonable approximation to the true song.

i save stuff but they get automatically deleted because of an app glitch i want my money back

I can’t figure out how to use. I did a trial- forgot to cancel…. And now I have an app that I paid $66.65 for… but can’t use. If anyone from guitar tabs can reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it. Right now- I’m very frustrated and disappointed.
