Money received on Knet’s Thursday, not get Friday, frequently…please, correct it

Last upgrade, the monthly credit card statement was missing and finally this was available in the last 10 months. The bank has not learned anything - same issue repeats in the new upgrade - monthly statement missing. Don’t they even check if functionality is continued from one version to the next?

I would call this a downgrade not an upgraded version. The app frequently freezes and takes a long time to load. There are many bugs to be fixed and i would recommend doing it asap.

Please put back the old app! It worked very well. I am abroad and can not access my account because of this new app. Very disappointed.

This app has bugs all over the place, please switch back to the previous app. Seriously consider closing the bank account.

I wish if there’s a way to go back to the older version!! This version is terrible, bugs and slow. Please help

The old app was much better to use. This app has so many bugs and the interface is awful to use. Many friends and family are complaining about being locked out of the app and freezes when trying to reset user password. Please put back the old app, it worked just fine!

The only bank app that always from time to time logs pff the face log in and passwords does not work! You do resturant and new password also do not work!!!
