While i play the game it is stopped automatic and switch off, i have to restart it again. Any one facing this problem?

Love this game
I’ve played gummy drop for years. Lately I’ve had to watch 2 -3 adds before I get the reward. Is this a glitch in the game or a new tactic by the developers?
Freezing issues
This is my favorite game but lately it has been freezing. I have to close it out to keep playing which it makes you lose a life. It’s been happening daily the past week
Unfair
This has gotten pretty difficult to get from one level to the next. Only three chances to get it done, not enough.
