You can absolutely not play this game without spending several thousand dollars. Not even casual spending or mid level spending keep you competitive. Several thousand dollars monthly at BARE minimum to not be a farm. It was not always like this I have played for 6 years. Beautiful graphics, made great friends, fast forward to now and it’s a money grab, smart players have quit and only big fish or dev planted players spend. Save yourself the days on your phone and less you have money to burn.

I’ve been playing Guns of Gloryfor about five years. At first I joined an alliance where there was a lot of competition that caused implied pressure to spend money to be “more.” I didn’t appreciate the cut-throatness of other players or their pettiness, so I’ve been playing more recently as the one and only member of my own alliance. I spend no money. It takes longer to build your estate, but if you use wise strategy it is possible to advance. I’ve been playing on my own for about a year now and am up to castle level 31. And I enjoy the game much more. Of course, I’m a hermit-type anyway, so it worksfor me! 😉

So far I’m having a blast
As a free to play player I’m loving this game. Reminds me of clash of kings which I was hooked on for a bit. I love the interactive mini games and as long as you save speed ups, vip points, login everyday and use your items when events come around you can definitely get far in this game without spending a dime.

At first I thought this might be a good game. But the recent ads I’ve been seeing that is abusing animals, I will never play this game, hanging pups really? You think that is a good ad? Something that show the younger generation that abusing animals is ok? Change your ads!
