5. You’ve got 20 minutes of free reservation
6. Move freely. Do you want to make a stop and keep the same vehicle at your disposal? Activate the stand-by mode and the vehicle will be locked for you.
7. When you arrive at your destination, park at a guppy point, or inside the guppy area, and finish your rental.
8. Do you want to rent even cheaper? Check our savings bonds

Cada vez es mejor, tanto el servicio/atención al cliente, el estado por dentro de los coches como la app. Lo único, los Tesla son caros y la retención es enorme si los alquilas dos veces al día (ida y vuelta). Muy recomendable.
Encantada con el servicio
Santander es mi segunda residencia y recientemente he dado de baja el coche que tenía aquí. Guppy es mucho mejor que tener un coche parado la mayor parte del año. Además me encanta conducirlo, automático y eléctrico, ningún ruido, ninguna emisión…Ojalá haya cada vez más usuarios para que sea posible aumentar la flota y encontrar siempre un Guppy cerca. Sugerencia de punto Guppy: Avenida de Cantabria, creo que somos bastantes los usuarios de esta zona.
Cierra la aplicación
Últimamente cada vez que le doy al icono de un punto guppy la aplicase cierra por lo que no puedo ver si hay coches o plaza libre en ese punto. Uso un iPhone 11 pro max con ios 16.3

A veces te saca de la aplicacion.

Sin duda, es la mejor alternativa para la movilidad urbana. Soy usuario habitual, y es una app que se usa comoda y facilmente
