I am liking everything with the quality cameras and your support team assistance on set up! I just wish the setting up of the motion alerts on my iPhone was easier though. I will need to call your Helpline on that.

No issues.

GW Security’s apps are worthless. No matter what you do, you can’t connect. And in the off chance you can connect, it freezes/crashes within 30 seconds. Plus that literally have 10 plus apps to do the same thing and every single one of them is the same—they don’t work.

Seems as if some work has been done on the app? Working quite nicely lately. Thank you!

My only complaint is that when I’m watching playback on my phone it skips about 3-5 seconds at a time when there is action. It’s quite annoying, can you please fix it?

Owned 8 cameras for two years now and still can’t notifications to work.

I’m only get sound from certain feeds and It’s delayed at times but overall, its pretty good.
