Stupid app

But must be improved

The current sign-up process for adding a meter account requires an OTP code sent to the registered meter owner's contact. However, in many cases, the meter is used by tenants who don't have access to this OTP code, as it's sent to the landlord's (meter owner's) contact. To improve the process, it would be more efficient to send the OTP code to the contact number used during sign-up, rather than the registered meter owner's contact. This would enable tenants to easily complete the sign-up process.

I was enjoying using the app until I wanted to another number for payment. About a week now, I still haven’t a simple OTP🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Payment notification’s aren’t received like previously, payment doesn’t reflect on the app , live update’s doesn’t work. As for the new update, full of issues. Sometimes it gets stuck when I login.

Some of the meter numbers are not up to 12 digits so the app doesn’t support those ones, it’s not our fault that the digits are not up to 12 so kindly adjust the app so it can accept the 10 or 11 digit meter numbers. Because they are also correct and in the system too

The app is great. It’s attractive to use, simple to understand and efficient. Keep it up (Anyway, I will be working there soon hopefully🙂#gwcl)

For the very first time I am seeing a government organization develop an app that works so perfectly, it has made everything so easy,I feel like I am in control of the GWCL .
