I bought a monthly subscription and paid for 2 months advance. When I try to open the QR code, It fails and direct me to the support email. I have written 2 emails but no one is contacting me for days.

Can’t change the gym in dashboard to see the people count in another gym. Also the gym activity has stopped working and hasn’t shown my gym visits in over a month. I need this info for my insurance and web also doesn’t provide this info.

User count is stuck in the same numbers for more than a week. Can’t edit goals properly. Apart from qr code, I have no idea what this app is for! Remove everything else as it appears under-tested.

Useless piece of code, all the time shows 27 people inside…

QR code generated for entrance into the building does not work to pass the gym entrance and need to be regenerated one more time. Other app features are total useless garbage out there just to fill that buggy QR code gen. If you have another option avoid this gym.

Извините но это просто пипец, сегодня перестал работать кьюар код чтобы пройти в зал, еще не дает оплатить за декабрь, и что в таком случае делать? специально ехала сегодня в зал заниматься, в итоге кьюар не работает, прошу исправить это

Fix the app, if I pay for something I expect to work and if gym is 24/7 be sure that everything works all the time
