I get notices every day the app needs to be updated to fix bugs but the app doesn’t actually update!

I can put up with all the Chinese but was disappointed to see the pause button no longer pausing my progress but ending the workout and resetting the metrics. A pause feature is missing on both the remote and app during walking mode.

My remote’s battery died and wanted to be able to use the treadmill while waiting for my new batteries to come in, found this app, and it’s been an easy replacement for the remote altogether. That said, it doesn’t track miles. I don’t NEED it to, I really only got it for the remote function, but I was glad to have the tracking function when I saw it was part of the app, but it’s just completely useless. It stops tracking around 15 seconds, every time.

This app is terrible. It worked for about a week, and now every time I try to connect to my treadmill the whole app shuts down. It doesn’t work.

I am unable to use my phone app to work the treadmill. This is frustrating, please fix!

terrible app

My Bluetooth remote rarely works so I rely on the app to control the treadmill. The update to 1.2.7 rendered the app useless as it will no longer connect to the treadmill. My treadmill is now unusable. Pretty frustrating!!

App worked great for a couple of days but then started crashing

i used to track how much i walked and ran through the app. the update broke everything, nothing gets tracked anymore. just buy a treadmill from a reputable company if you want to track anything. this app is useless now

I really like the fact that I am able to use my phone as a control for the treadmill, however, I downloaded the app and the app icon is nowhere to be found on my phone! I have to go into the App Store to look for the icon every time that I need to do anything with the treadmill. It’s a bit of an inconvenience.
