It has exercises for each part of the body! Highly recommend it
I trialed this app back in April and loved it. I picked my workout plan from a wide variety of plans and got to work. Workouts were not tied to schedule and that worked well for a guy like me that has a busy life. Miss leg day?! No problem. Just pick it up the next time you get to the gym. Then someone decided that flexibility is bad and enforced a workout schedule. Miss leg day now!? Tough. No leg workout this week. This is not the app that I signed up for.
I loved this app until they changed it to have workouts tied to specific days, which is not flexible or convenient. It was perfect when it said I was on, say for example “Week 2 Day 3”. This allowed me to easily keep track of what my next workout would be. I can’t go to the gym the same day every week so this new way of skipping to the next workout is not ideal. If this doesn’t change back soon, I will no longer be using this app.
Please reverse new update! I don’t like to skip work outs but if I do I’ll like to pick up where I left off.
Absolutely ruined this app with recent update. No longer able to see which week I’m on and if I miss a day the planner auto-progresses to the next workout and won’t let me go back. I can’t view any past workouts or resume where I was in my workout cycle. Absolutely infuriating and inexplicable they would change it like this
I need to see which week I'm in on my plan. Please bring it back! I love this app. BUT, the changes made in the last update are not helping…
I’ve had this app for over two years and have loved it. This new update is now making me skip workouts if I can’t make it to the gym. Instead of starting where I left off, it will skip the workout on the day missed and go to the next workout. There are days that something comes up and I can’t make it. That doesn’t mean I want to skip the workout. I’m so disappointed with this new feature. You can’t even manually go back to recover lost days. The old way would let you start any workout at anytime. Why limit the user? I want my money back. Stay away!!!!!
The new update is horrible. I can’t always commit to the same day every week, much like most adults I am sure. You can’t see the full length of the workout plan any longer and if you get off on the days it has scheduled for you then you miss or repeat workouts. I just want to be able to work out and do the next work out in schedule and not worry about the day of the week. I just recently paid for a year membership and I wish I would have noticed the specifics of this change at that time and I would not have renewed.
I have used this app for two years and enjoyed it. I have seen an improvement in body gains and weight. This all changed a few weeks ago when someone decided to make “improvements.” The app was so flexible in establishing a workout schedule but now it is not. Check out their reviews on IG and here and you’ll know what I’m talking about.
