I've Been trying to download other apps, such as YouTube I went to settings and checked everything if anyone can tell me how to download apps it would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot login as it will not accept my email address. No way to contact the company to correct the problem

I bought 3 of them, non worked! A horrible instrument, this watch doesn’t work!!! Do not buy it…

I bought two of these watches about a year, has not using because it has never been able to connect to Bluetooth. Tried multiple times to reset, it has failed to connect. Damm, can’t connect.!!!!!

My watch shows me as female and profile on the app won’t change it to male

I can’t get it to hook up. It won’t synchronize. What do I do?

I don’t know why, but during the day that the raiseto view feature works, but at a certain hour, just as the evening begins, this feature stops working. If I raise my wrist to look at the time, and it doesn’t appear, then what good is the watch? If the developer and Manufacturer can, please tell me how to fix this problem then I will rewrite this device at five stars. But until then, I am very unhappy because I can’t look at my wrist at the evening and see the time. So I don’t see the point in keeping watch, unless someone can offer me a solution. This is huge, stupid problem. So please fix it. Developers: how can you miss and fail this common sense error? Please respond with an answer to solve it, or a channel to communicate with you about how to solve it.Perhaps it’s time for a superior update.

Can’t sign into app and I know my password is correct. Even tried to change PW but never got an email for an id code. App help does not work at all. First of all I never signed out of the app either. Very frustrated

My adult daughter with autism cannot be pricked or wear the monitor that sticks into the arm. This watch is excellent for her! My only issue so far is I want to link it to multiple devices for other caregivers, BUT I cannot find the password format requirements and it doesn’t seem to take the original one. Makes it impossible to change password too! Thanks

When you click on the app support, it takes you to a website that’s nonexistent. There is no app support within the app, so asking questions and getting help I guess is out of the question? In my case, I can’t get the Lorenz scatter diagram to work, because it tells me I need to turn on scientific sleep, what it doesn’t tell me is WHERE/HOW to turn on scientific sleep
