Really useful mood tracker
Have been entering daily logs for a few weeks now, and for someone who thinks of themselves as very mindful and growth conscious, I have to say I have been surprised how useful this has been. Tracking my mood and taking a moment once or twice each day to really reflect on what different emotions are running through me has enabled me to feel more in touch with my wellbeing, and take action faster if I can see something recurring. Extra useful in this strange lockdown limbo life too when the days just blur together!
