do not play and spend money on anything as you can lend up like me banned for no reason after over 10 years of playing and tnousands pounds spent !!!! and support are igorent dont do anything and all automated and ignore requests all they say is create new account ....so do not play this..and game full of scammers and steeling habbos warning game has gone downhill so please do not spend as they will take your money and you could loose everything ..

The game is an inconsistent mess, with interfaces such as wired boxes not working. Focusing on old clients such as origins, whilst the existing game is in a sad state of affairs. I’ve stopped spending money on this game as it’s clear, they aren’t really sure what the end vision is.

Cannot play any games in the app. Cannot click avatars or use wired features.

Please fix the bugs!! Certain things make the game freeze completely and need to restart constantly!

So sad as I love habbo and want the full experience, but it’s barely useable on a mobile! I don’t have a laptop so I have no choice but to use the app .. but I must close and reopen the app about 72 times in 2 hours. It is SOOOO glitchy, so irritating. Also not all the furniture is available, like you can’t get a bot on mobile. PLEASE fix it because I want the experience :(

I’ve been using the old habbo app since it was released and recently bought a new phone and now I can’t use the old habbo app as Sulake has taken it down; I hate the new interface since I’m a player from 2008, and I always play on the classic server when I’m on the desktop; literally can’t play this game from my phone anymore, furniture takes forever to load in certain rooms, is full of glitches and is just very clunky and not user friendly compared to the old User interface; I don’t why you can’t just have the classic available like you do for the desktop version. I just will have to delete the app and never play again on my phone or when I’m on the go. You need to listen to the players and stop forcing these changes on your loyal fanbase before you kill this already dying game completely, like you did with the removal of trading and you saw how you almost ended this game then!. Follow the likes of osrs and don’t be afraid to bring back old features and stay true to the retro element of your retro game instead of trying to fix something that isn’t broken, it’s truly a shame what has become of this game and sulake!

Everything is fine however the game keeps on crashing every 10 minutes it’s very annoying, please fix quickly!

Freezes every 2mins

This app is not fit for usage. When it does eventually work after trying to open it multiple times and only just getting a black screen, the gameplay is severely reduced - for example, when trying to trade and place coins in to trade - you can only place coins in the box one time on one trade, if you try to trade after the first time, coins just won’t go in to the box - you have to refresh the full app and this is a problem that everyone has so why has this not been fixed? Sulake, do better, with the prices people pay for credits these days you can definitely invest in better app development and sort this out. The whole mobile app needs a complete overhaul.

Huge jump from the 1 star I previously rated the app, still some key features needed however to balance it: 1) bots buying/ controls needs to be added 2) sounds such as sfx needs adding Progress is happening though and I’m so glad to see it, miles ahead of where it was just a few months ago so kudos to the app team!
