Too many errors in the app without any notifications which should be a part of bug testing.

Everything works great, just increase the session time once logged into the app.

Every thing is perfect but kindly make the process little bit easy like every time sending otp some time abroad so on email it take time a lot

Easy way to use this applicstion

It’s a good app, however keeps forgetting my Face ID login and asks me to register for it every time I try to login.

App doing good .need to increase transaction limit & one time transfer limit. Platinum card benefits are almost none specially CIP lounge facility at airports both local and international is not there

It’s an amazing bank. The ATM service has never been down, and the mobile application has never caused any issues either. I’ve been using their account for the past 4-5 years.
