Great for seeing what you can have, how much you've had and what's left all on the go! Good way to see which high calorie items you can avoid.
It's nice seeing how many calories you have burned doing exercise as it puts you off naughty food bumping the calorie counter back up!!
Most foods are on there too and you can add your own
Would recommend it to anyone needing a bit of help with calorie control
Fitness Tracking
I use Habody in conjunction with Garmin Connect. I really like that the apps work together to show the training and nutrition. Habody also lets you search food and meal combinations for entering and tracking calories consumed. It is very easy to use and has great functionality.

Counting my calories & moderate exercise is working for me! Now to increase protein, & reduce carbs/fats; I had no idea I consumed so many! Set realistic goals. Great app!
Brilliant app for supporting healthier living
My most frequently used app now! Doing the whole weight loss/ exercise thing. App allows you to log your daily food, has a brilliant food catalogue, easy to add portion sizes. You can log exercise, with calorie count too. When you submit your diary at end of the day it tells you your predicted weight on 5 weeks time, a real motivating factor in keeping going.
You can track weight loss, other loss stats and get reports for your progress. Also interactive, with Facebook style wall/ social networking elements. Auto synchronise with the website too. Only criticism is that you can't access the forums via the app. Brilliant. Worth 6 star ratings.
Awesome app!! Few Suggestions
I absolutely love your app! To the Habody creators, I think they worked hard on this app..but there are some suggestions. For example, I know that these things and apps cost a lot to make..but please don’t squeeze the person who doesn’t want to buy or doesn’t have the money to buy supreme,(to listen to everything/everyone) it really isn’t that nice. People who need to relieve stress or anxiety or listen to the voices/stories they want to. I personally think there is quite a lot of things to listen on Habody..for free. But not even close to premium. But just remember, I love your app, and a lot of people do too!! But just please raise the stories for the people who can’t pay..especially animal ones!! (Those are my favorite). I’m just giving some helpful feedback on your app..hope you use this advice and put it in an update! But if you don’t and don’t take a lot of the viewers advice or mine..some people might start deleting your app. Sincerely from a Habody User to the Habody Creators.
Tamara and Habody are Awesome
Today in my gratitude journal I noted I’m grateful for Tamara, a woman I’ve never met and likely never will meet. When I graduated college 26 years ago I meditated for a while and it helped, but alas, I got out of the habit of making time for myself and 25 years went by before I’d find this app. It’s wonderful. Tamara is such an excellent guide with her comforting assurances that it’s okay to be restless or experience whatever emotions are distracting you, and gently bringing you back to the breath. I could go on, but I’ll just finish by saying that Tamara and the other guides are superb and I am starting to love starting my day with Tamara’s daily Habody. Like any other habit it takes time. Please invest that time in yourself because you’re worth it and you will benefit.

Habody has been a huge part of my life
I love Habody and use it everyday. It has all of the info that I love to look at. The only thing in the whole app that could work a little better (and I know this is new) is the Siri shortcuts because when I am in the shortcuts app it always comes up with an error every time I try to plug Habody in to a shortcut. But everything else is easy to use, and as simple as anything to use. I would recommend this to who ever want to start tracking your sleep.

This is a well thought out application for meditation and has strong anchors in psychology.. As a psychologist I weekly recommend this app to my patients to use to quell and address anxiety and sleep issues. The research is sound and the principals realistically discuss that facing and accepting anxiety (however paradioical) works! I like how the app states to accept the thought and to let it float on by. Awareness is a strong tool in strengthening our self esteem. Self care makes us stronger and more compassionate individuals where we can give back and support our families, friends and communities. This is positive psychology in its truest form. Keep up the good work. Now for more programs for kids and teens. And perhaps setting up meditation centers in schools. Excellent and well thought out. Thanks for all of your hard work
