Great space game!
You always make progress by building up your yellow star system and there is no pay to win. The game is evolving slow but steady as you keep playing and turns into deep strategic but also grindy experience. Up to you if you only have so much time per day or you want to calculate and optimze your shipment process, your ship modules build etc. The four star types (game modes) are unique and you can choose which one you want to focus on (or all :)). Very friendly and helpful community.
