the main and most relevant uses that are advertised aren’t available unless you pay and there isn’t anything for percussion like snare, tenors, quads, etc. but the rest of the free tools seem like they might help some

Works with bad PDFs

Im surprised. I tried many scanner, because i wanted do digatize my old pdfs. But all scanners only recognized perfect white backround pdfs, which was annoying. This one actually did its job, tho sluer and ties where often mismatched.

Percussionist

I was pleased to see this kind of app but became dismayed when I scrolled through it and found there was no choice of drum/percussion music. We who beat on things have music too!

Works good

I tried 5 different scores. 4/5 were very good. In the 5th one, some rests were missing.

Slow but accurate

It takes the app a while to process ( especially with longer PDFs) but then the results are very good!

Works most of the time

I would say 90% of what im uploading is recognized very well! The app only struggles a lot with jazz rythem sometimes

Best scanner i tried

Im scanning recently all my classical music and export them into musescore. This app helped me a lot with that!

This app is a must for any music student! Halbestunde’s scanner quality is superb; catching nearly every note accurately. 🔍 It's made studying music theory and practice so much easier. Definitely add this to your toolset!

it’s broken

i was doing the free trial so i only had 3 scans i only used one out of 3 and i tried using it today and it said i have to pay to use another scan
