never work

我记得在更新之前这个App还是不错的，然后更新之后不知道为啥每次按键都要按好几遍才行。比如说我想调一个温度，我刚摁完加温度，然后温度就又自己回去了，然后我又摁，然后它又回去了，反反复复几次才能调好。开关空调也是这样，有的时候刚开完它就关了，刚关完他又开了。要反复摁键，搞得我很崩溃。

Could you please add a timer feature so we can off the air con in the middle of the night while we’re sleeping. This not only helps us students to save money but also saves the environment so please consider adding a timer function.

Whats the point of having ac room if ac cannot turn on??

No matter how many times I tried to turn off and uninstall the app, it still says that my air con is currently on although the AC is not even opened! Now I can not turn the AC on nor turn the app off to prevent money being deducted from my wallet. Please solve these problems, some of us have to stay in hall for the entire year.

Last sem I had around 10 dollars left (topped up 10 dollars because it didn’t allow me to use the aircon when my balance was at $1.). Leftover balance didn’t carry forward and I didn’t receive the leftover balance back into my bank account. App still hasn’t improved even though we’ve been using it for over a year (temp range is only 22-26, no way to set a timer, server goes down semi-regularly, etc)

you’re telling me that after paying a hefty amount for an air conditioned room i can’t even log into the app???? hello??????? what’s going on??????

This app really works wonder, it literally halt your aircon. Good job Daikin for developing this app. I hope all your aircon users will install it so they can save energy at home.

i still have money in my app but absolutely cannot use????? the aircon app keeps saying no connection when ive tried with wifi and data???? dont want people to meddle with aircon, but cant even make a proper functioning aircon app then whats the point

My roommate used this app on her phone to switch on the aircon. Before leaving, she switched off the aircon using her phone too but somehow the aircon turned back on and was left on for 4h+ because no one was in the room and of course no one realised it. Now the idiotic part is, this stupid glitch deducted money from my balance instead?????? This stupid app on my phone was not touched at all during this whole time?! What do my account have to do with this glitch even????
