Once Halo got my money in their system, my password got locked, making me unable to access my account. There is no way to unlock my account, & Halo cannot do anything about that. I am told that they cannot help…Halo has my password in their file, & by refusing to unlock my account, they will STEAL my money outright… This is a fraud! If Halo does not unlock my password, law enforcement agency will need to investigate its Ponzi scheme monetization scheme & fraud & deceptive marketing…

It’s very confusing , as it will hold your money and not let you transfer it in anyway , will tell you you don’t have enough to pay there fees, and has no customer service other than discord. If you’re using kucoin learn how to withdrawl another way. Because you will not have use of your money if you put it in here .

So after KuCoin shut down usa users… I transferred my Usdt on the KuCoin network to the halo wallet. The wallet doesn’t allow you to buy the gas coin (KCS) on the KuCoin network which is required to move it else where. It also doesn’t let you or give the option swap USDT on KuCoin network into standard Usdt. Why would KuCoin make an app that doesn’t even let its own net work function on it. My funds are stuck with no way of obtaining gas token and no way of swapping it.
