Why suddenly I am not able to login. How will I access my lights without the app ? Please fix this issue

From yesterday, Halonix One is not working. It is showing syntax error while logging. I have complained it to customers care though phone and also sending email. Till now there is no response.

Not able to login. Worst user experience. Just showing the opertion couldn’t be completed. Tried loggin several times but everytime same problem.

Terrible app designed by the team. Halonix has indulged in corporate self destruction with this app. Tried using halonix smart (which is an amazing app) to configure the bulb but then I had to download this based on the box . After some terrible configuration, tried to setup some schedules but never found an option to edit them. A terrible and shocking experience from such a company that always delivered on the quality. It’s shocking how poorly designed and planned this app is. What’s more shocking is that they released this to the customers. This was actually approved by some team in the company. I can’t believe this. Please rectify this, else this is how your company ends.

It keeps auto log out after some , if you use app even after 40 mins, need login every time
