I booked grab from app. They charged 18$ fees. But drivers after dropped me he charged 21$. He told me don’t play with him. I used this app over 10 times but all Indian drivers cheated me like that. I tried to send feedback to company but it didn’t work. I don’t know what’s happened.

I have used cabs rather than Uber for a long time. Lately, they have been getting attitude for not paying with cash or using the app to book. I'm going to have to figure out a new way to get around if this keeps up. I would like to support a local business, but not if the drivers are going to have an attitude.

This app does not give you any discount when you compare to trips with no apps. I used Hamilton cab through covid to get to work on time. I used my girlfriends credit card once when I left my wallet. The have charged her for $200 trips when I was on vacation. Cab drivers are always complaining about using debit when I did pay as well. Drivers ignore directions if the way you say is faster. And ALL THEIR DRIVERS TALK ON THE PHONE.
Waste of time it takes forever to arrive. I waited 30 min for a cab for them to tell me they don’t have one available
Unreliable, always late, and horrible service. Over 20 minutes ride request “in dispatch”. Cancelled and used Uber ✌🏻

I used to be able to book my cab then pay in car on debit since my debit card is not a debit/visa.ever since the update I can’t book a cab anymore on the app,I have to call in and I’m not entitled to the discount or tracking....please but back “pay in car” option
