Hamilton Island

It is quite prefect but given it cannot be used to make bookings directly or contact the help desk. We found that the apps is quite limited and hopefully it can be used more comprehensive rather than just a guide.

The Hamilton Island app makes planning easy for our holiday. Slight hiccups with the weather part not working smoothly, but given we lucked out and got lots rain, it wasn’t essential. This island is the best 😀😀

Is quite disappointing to don’t get the right information from the staff, people who suppose to know what they are saying, they are lovely and kind workers looking to tired though. Regarding the app is just so useless as it is because is redirecting the guest to a website which is, as long as I’ve used it, ALWAYS experiencing issues. We’d love to hear back from someone in charge to be responsible from the issues whether problems and good things as well. This is promoted as luxurious escape which is honestly far to be.

Amazing app haven’t been to Hamilton island but looking forward to the island,activities and stay.Hamilton island app was really helpful looking at the things to do,eat,stay and buggy hire was really useful.Looking forward to going there in September 2023!

Very hard to use app map. So complicated. You can’t tell at a glance where everything is. You have to select each balloon to see what each they are.

Its 7pm and we are having dinner. lets open the app and book some activity for tomorrow. (ie i want to happily give HI more money). Nope. App says “plse call the office if booking within one week”. call office. “closed until 8am tomorrow”. So what was the point of the app??? to tell me the number of a recorded message. who runs this place? u cld double rev per guest if competency was introduced.

Stayed at Hamilton many many times before. But this time was terrible restaurant service we received food before our bottle of wine. To book a restaurant you have to book every dinner before you arrive, you just can’t walk in or you will be eating pizza every night. Buggy Hire absolute joke, booked before I got to the island and 1/2 hour before pick got a email to saying it’s unavailable because it’s too busy, training mgr was unapologetic and rude! Then the shuttle is so full it just doesn’t stop to pick you up. Room was clean only positive I can give. What a waste of money and a lot of money everything 3 times the price as the mainland. I don’t write reviews but I had to let people know about this one.
