It’s very frustrating. The app sends you notifications about items of news, or highlight videos or interviews, and you click on them to enter the app to see/read more and you are taken to a “page” that has nothing whatsoever to do with the notification you clicked on. Not only that, it’s impossible to find the item afterwards either. Come on - this is basic deep linking. The app was produced either in a rush and has not been tested or it’s been created by rank amateurs.

App is ok but no way to stop them

I like the layout and general navigation, however the primary reason for downloading this app was to have the tickets on my phone. Unfortunately this doesn’t work (despite having the relevant accounts needed it tells me there is no account) and the help offered really wasn’t helpful in getting this resolved.

I love this for the lIve streaming but if I need to do anything else on my phone or if I close my iPad case, the stream stops. For the fifth star, make it more like bbc sounds which carries on in the background.

I downloaded this app so I could download tickets I bought through ageas bowl as suggested in the email. It didn’t work. This app Is very basic, no help is offered within it. Cmon you can do better than this.

Where is the live feed link? The app is not very user friendly and finding anything that does not involve parting with money is buried.

The tables for the various competitions are not showing. I hope that this is cleared up An update clearing this problem should be pushed through as soon as possible

Generally pleased with the app but it says that tickets would be available in the app but I could not see mine and when I rang up they said they would be emailed to me which takes away half the point of the app. Otherwise it does work well though and is a great idea
