I was able to connect it to my wifi and calibrate my litter box. It disconnected at home point (said it was offline and the only way for me to fix it was adding my device again but other than that running smoothly

Just got the bebeblue self-cleaning litter box, but this app doesn’t work. Dissapointing.

We cannot use the app, and we tried for 2 different phones, one ISO and the other android, and nothing. We would like to know if will have any solution.

Doesn’t work. Can’t log in, can’t reset the password.

I can’t even get past the sign in process because it won’t send the verification code to my phone. There is zero customer support and I can’t find any other way to fix this issue or even get ahold of anyone to talk to to fix it or even find a number to call. Can’t report the problem anywhere but here.

I have downloaded the app, registered it, selected my password and CANNOT get past the sign in process to actually try and use the program. And, I can’t find any other way to contact you to tell you that other than leaving you a review. I can’t even look at what the program has to offer without signing in. When I attempt to sign in, it always gives me the message (in Chinese of course) that I need to click on the “I agree…”. I do that. It wipes all of my information out and we do the same thing all over again. Over and over and over.
