Needless HWP Format
Hancom is either propped up by government support or at least greatly helped by it. South Korean schools and other institutions have to use it. This hwp format is presumably mostly there to make it difficult for other systems to open the files. This app is supposed to open some fonts better than MS Word or Libre Office or Pages but student names on the titles of documents come out looking like Wingdings. There is no Mac app from the App store, so you have to use a reader or find a copy from an Apple store. I have no idea how the Mac version works become the predecessor to this software, an iOS app costing $20 was so poor I didn’t want to risk paying 60,000 원 from it from Frisbee or another seller of Apple software.

몇시간동안 힘들게 작성한 문서인데 저장을 했고 혹시 몰라서 앱을 사용하는 중간중간 계속 저장을 눌렀으며 심지어 혹시나 해서 다른이름으로 저장도 했는데 도대체 파일이 어디로 간건가요?? 이번이 처음도 아니고요 한달전에도 동일한 일이 생겼었으며 그때는 저의 실수라 생각하고 넘겼지만 이게 실수라 생각할 수준인가 싶네요. 인터넷에는 업데이트를 하면 해결된다 이러던데 최신버전으로 업데이트가 되어있는데도 이러면 심각한거 아닌가요?? 업데이트를 하실거라면 제발 프로그램 오류 좀 개선하고 업데이트 해주세요.
지금 개발진들 나랑 장난치는 거냐?
한글보다 실용성은 낮지, 이미지를 불러오면 계속 맨 위에만 소환되서 겁나 답답하지, 심지어 저장을 눌렀는데 갑자기 문서가 잠금되는 건 뭐냐? 이거 때문에 아이패드로 작업하다가 개열받은 적이 한두 번이 아님. 결국 열심히 작업한 문서를 다시 백지에 처음부터 썼다. 태초마을 개같이 고맙네.(심지어 시험 문제였고 덕분에 데드라인 못 맞출 뻔 했다. 개발진 ㅅㄲ들아 빨리 좀 고쳐라.)
앱 자체가 너무 실망스러워요
원래 컴퓨터 한글과 비교했을때 문서 편집하는게 너무 불편하고 왜 자꾸 자기멋대로 이동하고 크기도 제멋대로에 길어진 표 아래로는 또 왜 못가는데요??

한컴독스 저장 했는데 저장 안되게 만들어서 몇시간동안 작업한 문서 사라지게 하는거 한두번도 아니고 지금 빈번하게 발생되는거 심각한 문제라고 생각합니다. 저장을 하면 저장이 되게 프로그래밍 해주셔야 쓰든 말든 하죠 진짜 뭐하세요? 여기다가 날린 시간이 몇개인지 가늠도 안갑니다 똑바로 저장 안되게 만들거면 자동저장 기능이나 추가하시던가 진짜 뭐하세요? 정신 차리세요 진짜 화나네요
도대체 왜 곱게 저장된 파일을 손상시킵니까?
도저히 이해가 안됩니다. 멀쩡히 다른 이름으로 저장하여 저장한 hwpx 파일을 그냥 이 앱이 손상시켜버리네요. 너무 화가 납니다. 한두 번 그런 것도 아니고 이게 지금 몇 번째인지 모르겠습니다. 제발 조치 해주시기 바랍니다.
