Hands Free Heart Rate Monitor

Really hoping it’s accurate. I don’t understand how it does the reading.

I had near panic attack heart rate at 125 and I’ve been checking it frequently and it is frequently very accurate. So hugely helped me out.

I had a pulse reader on my finger at the same time, numerous times and the numbers were right on. And it’s free!!!

Simple and easy to use. Free is the best part for me. Not something I’ll continue to use as I am in a just need to monitor now for personal reasons.
